Software Companions Maintenance Renewal
When you install updates released more than one year after you purchased your license, you will get a message
telling you that your maintenance agreement has expired.
This means that to use the version you just installed you will have to renew your maintenance agreement.
Please note that you can run any version released within one year from your purchase without renewing the maintenance.
You will find links for purchasing maintenance renewal below. If you are unsure of what version you are running, take a look at the About dialog.
By renewing your maintenance agreement you will get the following for another year:
- Free bug fixes, minor and updates as long the maintenance is running.
- Free major (e.g.: update from 6.x to 7.x) updates as long the maintenance is running.
- Free technical support by e-mail.
