- New feature: Magnifier - A window that shows a magnified view of the current mouse cursor area.
- New feature: Reference - A window that shows an overview of the whole workspace. The current displayed are is indicated in the overview. Scaling and panning can be done inside window.
- New export format: SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics).
- New export format: CALS Type 1. Now available in the "Save to Raster" dialog.
- New export format: HP-RTL Raster. Now available in the "Save to Raster" dialog.
- New feature: Merge Mode (mixed layer mode).
- New feature: Toggle background color. A new toolbar button has been added that toggles between black, white and a custom background color.
- Changed how "Print One Layer Per Page" works. Each layer is now centered on paper and can also be scaled with "Fit to Paper".

Some of the bugs that are fixed in this version:
- Query and snap also worked for invisible layers.
- Gerber exporter created illegal Gerber files (LF-CR instead of CR-LF was used).
- Now snap correctly to flashes with different height/width.
- Gerber query now do search for flashes first, then tracks if no flash is found.
- Added support for arc/flash/track drawing with clear polarity (LPC).
- Aperture macro names starting with R was incorrectly handled as rectangles.
- Problem with arcs in file from customer. The arcs where displayed as circles, but should be only small arcs.
- Measure direct function sometimes displayed incorrect result.
- Query and snap on all visible layers implemented.
